Start from Shopify
Open Viera Consignment Control from Shopify admin. Add consignors, define commission percentages and hold days, and assign product variants before ingesting orders. The merchant share is the commission; the remaining allocation is the consignor earning. Only the verified store owner can approve merchant changes.
Review records and payments
Reconcile Shopify orders and review incomplete sources, holds and exceptions before approving a payout record. A completed scan can still contain items requiring review. Changes to commission rules apply by effective date and do not rewrite an earlier earning. Refunds after a recorded payment create separate obligations to review.
Create and review payout batches, approve them, then record payments you made separately. Viera does not send money, debit consignors or collect debts. Partial payments need a reason; keep references free of unnecessary personal information.
Import and statements
In Migration, paste or choose your CSV, preview it and reconcile the old outstanding balance before committing. Already-paid history must not become a new payable amount. Roll back an unused import if necessary. In Statements, choose a consignor and period, prepare CSV or PDF, then use the explicit download link. PDF preparation runs in your browser and needs JavaScript.
Secure consignor links show one consignor and period, expire after 24 hours and can be revoked. Anyone with a valid link can view that statement; send it only to the intended recipient. Viewing and exporting existing records do not require active billing.
Privacy and ending use
Use the Privacy request queue for scope, deadlines and progress. A download records review; it does not prove delivery or complete erasure. Invalid scopes and unresolved copies require review. Deletion can leave partial financial history that needs reconciliation before further payouts. Uninstall revokes access; the later verified Shopify shop-erasure instruction is a separate deletion step.
